Right Step Recruitment is seeking compassionate and experienced Adult Support Workers (both male and female) to provide person-centred care in Exeter. We are looking for reliable staff who are committed to making a positive impact. Driving is an added bonus for travel between placements and supporting service users in the community. Overtime and sleep-in shifts are available for those seeking additional hours.
2 Job Description:
As a Product Designer at WillowTree, you’ll give form to ideas by being the voice and owner of product decisions. You’ll drive the design direction, and then make it happen!

3 Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, assistance with daily living tasks, and emotional support.
- Support service users with social engagement, community access, and independence.
- Follow care plans and implement person-centred approaches.
- Monitor and report changes in service users’ wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
4 Required Skills:
- Previous experience as an Adult Support Worker or in social care (essential).
- Male and female staff are both encouraged to apply.
- A caring, patient, and professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and sleep-ins.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle is an advantage but not essential.
- Up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
