We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our friendly staff at our residential home for the elderly. If you have a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents, we’d love to hear from you.
2 Job Description:
Location: Norwich (NR1 – NR5)
Pay: £12.21ph+
Hours: Day Shifts & Night Shifts Available
Key Responsibilities:
– Providing personal care and support to residents.
– Assisting with daily activities and mobility.
– Engaging residents in social and recreational activities.
– Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all residents – – Maintaining accurate records and reports.

3 Responsibilities
– Compassionate and empathetic nature
– Excellent communication skills
– Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
– Ability to work as part of a team
4 Required Skills:
- 6 months+ care experience in the UK.
- A valid right to work in the UK.
- Ideally a DBS on the update service.
- In date mandatory care training.
