2 Job Description:
Location: Aintree (L9)
Salary: £13ph+
Hours: Monday to Thursday / 08:00am – 16:00pm
As an Industrial Cleaner at Jacob’s Bakery in Aintree, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across production and storage areas. Your role is essential in ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-presented working environment within the bakery.
3 Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitise production lines, machinery, storage areas, and communal spaces.
- Perform routine industrial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely in line with health and safety regulations.
- Follow COSHH and food hygiene guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor.
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
4 Required Skills:
- Previous experience in industrial or food production cleaning preferred.
- Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a production environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required.
