Location: Hounslow & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £13.00ph+
Hours: Shift Patterns Vary
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant in Hounslow, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, supporting them with daily tasks and promoting their independence. You’ll play a vital role in helping service users live comfortably and safely while maintaining their dignity and quality of life.

3 Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support clients with medication, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation.
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes in clients’ wellbeing.
- Promote independence, respect, and dignity in all aspects of care.
- Travel between service users’ homes as required.
4 Required Skills:
- Previous experience in domiciliary or community care (preferred but not essential).
- A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for home visits.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- Up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not mandatory.
