2 Job Description:
Location: Watford (WD24)
Salary: £12.21ph+
Hours: Thursday – Sunday / 08:00am – 16:00pm
As a Housekeeper at the Hilton Hotel in Watford, you will ensure guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are clean, hygienic, and welcoming. Your role involves performing daily housekeeping tasks to maintain high standards, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
3 Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas daily.
- Make beds, vacuum, dust, and replenish guest room amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies.
- Ensure all cleaning duties comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor or management team.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times.
4 Required Skills:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel, or hospitality settings (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in hospitality environments.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
